1. The Service

Soul ("the Service") is a digital identity preservation platform operated by Gallimore Software LLC. The Service allows you to create a persistent AI representation of your personality, values, and voice through conversation and guided writing.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Soul, including conversations, stories, and personal information. By using the Service, you grant Gallimore Software a license to process this content solely to provide the Soul service to you and your designated recipients.

3. Your Replica

The AI replica created from your data is considered your digital property. You control its visibility, accessibility, and distribution. You may designate recipients who can interact with your replica. These designations can be updated at any time while your account is active.

4. Legacy Activation

If you purchase the Soul Legacy tier, your replica will be activated for designated recipients based on triggers you configure (date, event, or death confirmation). Gallimore Software will make reasonable efforts to maintain this service indefinitely but cannot guarantee perpetual operation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Soul to create replicas of other people without their explicit consent, impersonate living individuals for fraudulent purposes, or generate harmful content. Violation may result in account termination.

6. AI Limitations

Your Soul replica is an AI approximation, not a perfect copy. It may occasionally produce responses that do not accurately reflect your views. Gallimore Software does not guarantee perfect fidelity of AI-generated responses. The replica improves with continued use.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all conversation data, extracted traits, story content, and replica models will be permanently destroyed within 30 days. Legacy vault content designated for future delivery will also be destroyed unless the legacy activation trigger has already fired.
